The beautiful kitchen, which has granite countertops and the best appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), is equipped with anything you would need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc.  The dining room table seats 10 and there is an additional table (great kids table) in the foyer (ceramic tile floor) with chairs to accommodate 6 additional.

Entertainment includes a fullsized pool table, 1 50" Plasma with HD Dish signal, 1 42" LCD with HD Dish signal, 1 37" LCD with SD Dish signal and 1 50" rear projection with SD Dish signal.  There are 3 DVD players and a 3 surround systems featuring speakers on the decks, the greatroom, the game room and the master bedroom and steam room.

This is a luxury log home (over 4000 square feet), not just a typical cabin rental.  The home sits on 2 acres and has over 375' of Toccoa River frontage so there is plenty to do with plenty of privacy.

Pricing  - a 10% lodging tax is added to the below rates and a $100 cleaning fee applies also.        

      Winter season rates (December 2 through March 31)

            $ 285.00 / night (up to 10 people - 2 night minimum)

            $ 1710.00 / week (up to 10 people - By renting 6 nights you get the 7th night free)

            Monthly / call for rate and availability

            Add $10 per night for each additional person over 12 months old.
         Regular season rates (April 1 through December 1 - excluding October and summer months)

            $ 335.00 / night (up to 10 people - 2 night minimum)

            $ 2010.00 / week (up to 10 people - By renting 6 nights you get the 7th night free)

Policies (these apply in most cases but vary based on length of stay and quantity of guests)

A $200 security deposit will be held to your credit card when your reservation is confirmed. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property.  Your dates will not be reserved until the deposit is held by credit card or received by other means and your reservation confirmed. 

After your dates are confirmed reserved, the rental fee, tax and cleaning fee can be paid by check provided it can be received by us 30 days in advance of your reservation.  If your reservation is confirmed within 30 days of your visit, please email us to discuss other payment options.

The full rental fee is due 4 weeks before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, cash or credit card through PayPal (PayPal charges 2.9% for this convenience).

We will give a full refund for cancellation 45 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 30-45 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the first rental day will forfeit 100% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded.  If we can re-rent your cancelled dates we will gladly refund your deposit and rental fee.  There are no refunds for shortened stays.
